Biography
A girl in Arthur's class, who makes appearances from time to time. She's very athletic, enjoys skiing and soccer, and is the co-captain of the school's badminton team. An active volunteer, she helps coach pee-wee soccer and manages a wheelchair basketball team. For her athletic volunteering, Jenna won the Athlete of the Year award and met Michelle Kwan.
Aside from sports, Jenna has some interest in sewing, having helped make costumes for the school play. She also showed interest in birdwatching during her trip to Moose Mountain.
Jenna is mild mannered and makes friends easily. She is modest and tends to stay in the background most of the time. She is allergic to milk.

Jenna's mother. She has appeared with both gray coloring (Muffy's New Best Friend, Elwood City Turns 100) and blonde (The Good Sport).

Jenna's father. His only speaking role so far was in Jenna's Bedtime Blues.

- Francine - She and Jenna get along well due to their shared love of sports. They had a brief falling out when Jenna won Athlete of the Year, but made up soon afterwards.
- Binky - They became friends after Francine and Muffy dumped them as "new best friends", finding a common enjoyment of soccer and "Slobbering Idiots". Since Jenna also has a food allergy, she was able to help Binky when his peanut allergy was discovered.
- George - Jenna claimed to have a crush on him, although she was probably making it up in order to avoid admitting she wets the bed.
